Out of curiosity, some of my friends from other industries frequently ask a lot of things about call centers.

From basic questions like how to pass the interviews to the training programs that we are conducting to call center agents. Of course, I can only say what’s allowed for me to share. I always remember that I have to keep some information as confidential as possible.

One time, I got a different question from my friend about call center facilities. She read about call centers having a gym, spa, restrooms with different designs of vessel sinks among others. I just gave her a pat on the back and told her to apply instead so she will just see it for herself.
